We have a shadow protect version 4.2.5 installed on a Microsoft Small Business server 2003.
Shadow protect is configured to take incremental backups on a daily basis and there were no issues till 08-05-2013.
But since then none of the scheduled backups had worked. When we logged in and opened the shadow protect application the missing backup started to get executed.
There are no errors on Shadow Protect backup history.
Would appreciate if someone can guide us on getting this issue troubleshooted and rectified.
