I configured my servers to backup using continuous incrementals, I configured it with nothing checked under "VSS Incremental Backups" and under "Additional Incremental Backups" i have every day checked, start time as 6AM, end time as 5:59AM, 60 minutes between backups (the idea being it would do a backup every hour of every day, no stopping).
