getting error System Cannot Find The File Specified

I have recently installed ShadowProtect on a clients server with two jobs set up - one oges to a NAS device, the other to a locally attached USB drive. The job to the NAS device works fine but the job to the USB drive fails with the error Cannot Find the file specified. I can't see anything in the log file that would indicate why the job is failing. There is enough space on the USB drive so I am not sure what is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
